How It Works
You will join me for a consultation either in person at the clinic or online via video call as per your preference. Prior to your first consultation, you will receive a secure link to an online new patient registration form and also a medical questionnaire. A short questionnaire will be sent prior to subsequent consultations. These are secure and highly confidential and should be completed before each consultation, to allow you to get the most out of your appointment.
It is especially important to me that you feel safe to share your health concerns so you can expect a highly confidential service with a welcoming, friendly and relaxed atmosphere throughout. Together we will decide upon an individual treatment and care plan tailored to you and your needs.
Depending on the outcome of the appointment, recommendations may be made for blood tests or appointments with other health professionals.
If Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is prescribed, a follow-up appointment will be required after three months. This will be discussed at your appointment.
Menopause Care
Initial Consultation | £195
Duration | Up to 75 Minutes
This is a 75-minute initial consultation (in clinic or video call) plus one query email
- Friendly, relaxed, safe, confidential and secure consultation
- Together, we will discuss the reason for your visit and any identified areas of concern from your health questionnaire.
- We will discuss treatment options, if any further tests are required, or if any specialist referrals are required.
- Afterwards you will receive a letter detailing your appointment and agreed outcomes (this can be sent to your GP with your consent)
- One follow-up email if you have any additional questions within eight weeks of your initial consultation
Review Consultation | £155
Duration | Up to 60 Minutes
This is an ongoing 60-minute review consultation, for when you have had an initial consultation
- You have the opportunity to discuss how you are responding to treatment. A chance to discuss any aspect of your health
- Patients who wish to receive ongoing prescriptions from Positive Change Health will be required to attend one review consultation annually

Blood Testing Service
Blood tests provide valuable insights into hormonal balance and overall health, allowing for personalised care and symptom management.
Blood tests are not always required. These will be discussed with you at your appointment.
